SALUTATIONS,
Today, April 29, 2023, me and my cousins planted a tree. A bel patra tree (stone apple). Which is considered a holy tree, and it's used as an offering to Lord Shiva. It takes a lot of effort, but at the end, when you see that little tree planted in your front yard, you feel like your efforts are worth it. You feel joy when you see a fully grown tree that you've nurtured for so long. The optimal time for tree planting is a month prior to the monsoon, though one can plant trees anytime. It is necessary to educate your little brothers and sisters about the importance of tree planting from a young age. This tree planting activity was supposed to be done during our college period, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible at that time, so I did it during my vacation time.
I reckon it is the duty of every person on earth to plant at least one tree a year. It would make our planet more green and more living. Nowadays, the normal temperature during the summer is 40° to 45°C, and the time is near when the temperature will reach 50°C as well. We all should take the initiative to plant trees because trees are very helpful in diminishing the level of global warming and carbon monoxide, which are the principal factors causing high temperatures. We see a few birds around us or in the gardens as well, especially sparrows. These trees are home to the birds. We are obliged to help them build their nests by planting more trees.
Trees are the very root of our existence. There is no living thing without trees. therefore, we should take part enthusiastically in tree planting.
